How it works

Care in four clear steps.

No guesswork and no gray market. A real intake, a real clinician, a real pharmacy.

1

Share your health history

A short, private intake covers your goals, history, and current medications. It takes a few minutes.

2

A licensed clinician reviews

A clinician licensed in your state reviews everything and decides whether a treatment is appropriate. If it is not right for you, they will say so.

3

Your pharmacy ships it

If you are approved, a partner pharmacy prepares your treatment and ships it to your door with tracking.

4

Ongoing check-ins

Follow-ups and messaging keep your plan on track, with dose guidance that follows how each medicine is actually studied.

Learn

Plain answers before you decide.

The basics, written to be understood, not to sell you.

The medicine

How GLP-1 medicines work

Semaglutide and tirzepatide act on appetite signals and slow how fast the stomach empties. Clinicians usually start low and raise the dose in steps. These medicines carry real risks, including a boxed warning about thyroid tumors, so they are not right for everyone.

Educational, not medical advice.

The difference

Compounded vs brand name

A compounded medicine is made by a state-licensed pharmacy for one patient's prescription. It is not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety or effectiveness the way it reviews brand-name drugs. A prescriber documents why a patient needs it.

Educational, not medical advice.

The basics

What a peptide actually is

A peptide is a short chain of amino acids. Some are approved medicines. Many are still being studied, and the human evidence varies a lot from one peptide to the next, which is why clinician review matters.

Educational, not medical advice.

Your checklist

Questions to ask any provider

Who is the prescriber, and are they licensed in my state? Which pharmacy fills this, and can I see their testing information? How is the dose decided, and how do I cancel? Good providers answer all of these plainly.

Educational, not medical advice.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can I sign up today?
Not yet. We are opening a waitlist first and will invite people in as each state goes live.
Will I get a prescription?
Not automatically. A licensed clinician reviews your health history and decides. If a treatment is not right for you, they will tell you.
Is compounded medication the same as Ozempic or Wegovy?
No. Compounded medicine is prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual prescription and is not FDA-approved. A clinician explains the difference and whether it fits your situation.
What will it cost?
Pricing is being finalized. The plan is flat, transparent pricing with no hidden fees, shown before you ever pay.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. There are no lock-in contracts.
Which states will you serve?
Rolling out state by state as licensing clears. Join the waitlist and we will tell you when yours opens.

COMING SOON

Valen Health is launching soon and is not yet accepting patients. Nothing on this page is medical advice, and no account or prescription can be created today. Joining the waitlist is not a request for treatment. GLP-1 and peptide therapies carry real risks and require evaluation by a clinician licensed in your state; eligibility, pricing, and the states we serve will be confirmed before launch.
